We blend white wine (usually from the same year) with red wine (made from carefully-selected and very ripe grapes) to make this rosé. This blending technique is specific to the Champagne designation.

Its subtle aromas are ideal for serving as pre-dinner drinks in the sunshine. It makes the perfect pairing for a clafoutis or sharp strawberry tart.

Aromatic notes: fresh strawberries.
