Weekends and breaks over bank holidays (Easter, Ascension, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year) cost an extra 100€.

The price includes bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, energy fees and wood pellets.

A 1000€ damage deposit cheque is required on arrival. It will be returned to you by post the week after you leave as long as no costs are incurred.

Extra charges

*Spa package available to book on-site:
– 150€ for a 2 hour session
– 190€ for two 2 hour sessions You will be asked to pay a 1000€ deposit, acknowledge the instructions and complete the spa agreement.
Pets:
If you would like to bring your pet, please inform us when you book. There is an additional 50€ fee for pets.
Pets must stay on the ground floor of the villa and be kept on a lead when outside.  Please pick up after your dog.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation.
