Respect the certificate and respect nature so it gives its all to our successors.

That’s why we’ve decided to apply for the HVE High Environmental Value certificate. It’s one of the most eco-friendly certificates issued by the French environmental think tank. It’s an official and legal process but it’s also a choice. Several years of hard work have brought us close to it but we want to go one step forward for the sake of transparency.

We have been working with a forward-thinking environment engineer for 10 years.

• His support and knowledge in the field has already helped us significantly reduce our impact on nature:
• Spreading natural fertilisers used in organic farming on the rootstock.
• Weedkiller use has been halved by sowing bluegrass in the middle of the row that we tend on a regular basis.
• Establishment of a treatment programme with many organic ones allowed on set dates for improved function and reduced frequency.
