Rosé de Saignée

For special occasions

Rosé de Saignée is made by soaking grape skins in their juice (90% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir). The maceration process lasts 24-48 hours and locks in a deeper and longer-lasting colour.

The wine captures the essence of the fruit: it builds an aromatic bouquet of strawberry and raspberry jam. Every year puts its own stamp on our Rosé de Saignée depending on the composition of each harvest.

Follow the Hachette guide’s advice and serve with a strawberry charlotte or strawberries soaked in wine and mint leaves.
